Chule Brand History

2020Our Starting Point

In the quiet valley of Hakuba, with the desire to be closer to nature, we built our first small wooden cabin. Although it was only a simple, small scale accommodation, it carried our original wish for travelers to stay, relax and experience the freedom of the mountains.

2021Steady Growth

Supported by word of mouth and returning guests, we gradually expanded with new facilities. Each building embodied the craftsmanship and warmth of local artisans. At the same time, we began planning a more complete service system, hoping to provide every visitor with a more comfortable experience

2022Brand Formation

This year, we formally established a sales team and began integrating brand image and service standards. As travel styles became increasingly diverse, we launched more accommodation options in different styles to better meet travelers' needs. The scale of accommodation continued to expand, and our connection with the local community gradually deepened through ongoing exchange.

2023Diversified Development

The business expanded into land development, lease management and resort real estate consulting, and the brand gradually transformed into an integrated business combining leisure operations with Japanese real estate investment.

2024Going Global

We expanded the language options of the official website and promoted international marketing, attracting travelers and investors from Europe, the United States, Australia and Asia, further broadening our presence in Japanese real estate investment and the international resort market.
